Vincent Francoual
Vincent Francoual, owner of Vincent—A Restaurant, is this year’s WineFest featured chef. Vincent is a staple in the Downtown Minneapolis restaurant scene and has received tremendous recognition in publications such as Zagat, Wine Spectator, City Pages, Mpls./St. Paul Magazine, Star Tribune, and St. Paul Pioneer Press. In 2010, Francoual was also a James Beard Award semi-finalist for Best Chef Midwest.
